There is a gap between selling my house in Heemstede and getting the new keys. How do I arrange that?+

With two trips and storage in between. When you leave, we load your belongings into your own container, which goes to our warehouse in Katwijk, sealed. When you get the keys, we bring everything to your new address. Your account manager puts both trips in one quote, so you can see in advance what happens on which day.

I live in a flat with a shared lift. How do you load there?+

We protect walls, doors and the lift car. We book the lift in advance with the owners' association or building manager. If a cupboard or sofa does not fit in the lift, we take it apart or lower it from the balcony with our moving lift, which reaches up to the 13th floor. Downstairs everything goes straight into your container.

Where can the container stand in Heemstede?+

On your driveway or on your own property is usually no problem. For a container on municipal land in Heemstede you ask the municipality for permission in advance.
