How it works
From booking to loading bay in five steps
You stay by your car and the storage facility brings your container to you. This is how it works in Katwijk and in Tilburg.

Book a moment
You choose when you want to be at your container. In Katwijk through the app, in Tilburg by appointment.

The crane brings your container out
The computer-operated crane takes your container out of storage and places it at the covered loading bay.

You drive up beside it
You park right beside your container. No corridors, no trolleys, no lifts.

Load or unload straight away
Straight from your boot or trailer into the container, and the other way round.

Back into storage
After your visit the crane puts the container back. From that moment on nobody can reach it.
Booking in Katwijk
Through the app you choose a moment yourself. You log in with your own PIN at the covered loading dock, where the system has your container ready. On business days until 19:00 and at weekends until 17:00.
Booking in Tilburg
You book a moment by appointment, within office hours. Your container is then ready at the covered loading bay. Access in between? That is by appointment too.

Four container sizes, from a few boxes to the contents of a whole home
Storage is measured in cubic metres: you stack right to the top. Hesitating between two sizes? Then choose the larger one. When you apply, your account manager checks whether the chosen size matches what you want to store.

Only the crane can reach your container
Once your container is in storage, nobody else can reach it. Not other customers, not our own staff. Only the computer-operated crane, and it only fetches the container once you have booked a moment.
