If a physical appointment is not convenient or not desired, we can always get acquainted via a video call. This conversation usually takes between half an hour and an hour. Of course, this depends on the size of your home, your specific needs and any questions you may have.
Inventory of your needs
We start the conversation with a look at your entire household contents. What do you want to move? And what is not necessary to take with you to your new home? We discuss the details of your current home and your new home. We also look at some practical things, such as accessibility for our moving trucks and whether the use of a moving elevator is necessary.
If you have additional storage needs, we will discuss together what size storage container will best fit your belongings.

A tour of your home
Once we have discussed your needs, our account managers will take a tour of your “old” home with you. During this tour, we estimate the size of your contents, which helps us calculate the moving price for you. If you have specific assembly or disassembly requirements, they will be included in the quote right away, so you know where you stand.
Instant insight into the moving price
Once we complete the tour of your home, our system instantly calculates the moving price. Our account managers can then go over this price with you immediately at your table. This gives you quick clarity and, if desired, you can decide to schedule the move immediately.
