Access hours on the Hoogstraat

The Hoogstraat and part of Broersveld are a pedestrian zone with camera enforcement. Vehicles may only enter between 7.00 and 11.00 and between 17.30 and 19.00. If loading takes longer, on request we apply for an RVV exemption as an extra service.

Walk-ups without a lift

Nieuwland has many four-storey walk-up blocks. Carrying everything down the stairwell takes time and easily damages the walls. We set up the moving lift at a window or balcony, so only the boxes use the stairs.

Driving on into Rotterdam

If you are moving into Rotterdam inside the ring road, you enter the zero-emission zone for vans and lorries, where access rules have applied since 1 January 2025. Our electric vehicles may enter without an exemption, so nothing is reloaded.

The stairs in a converted warehouse on the Lange Haven can be narrow and steep; whatever does not fit, our movers bring out through the window with the moving lift. At a walk-up flat in Nieuwland that lift usually stands against the facade, so only the boxes take the stairs. On the Hoogstraat they load in the morning, from 7.00 to 11.00.
