We have several types of moving elevators. The highest models reach as high as the 13th floor.
In case of light rain, this is not a problem. In case of storm or dangerous wind force, elevator deployment can be delayed or adjusted, always by mutual agreement.
Yes, your belongings are insured during the elevator against damage from falling. However, if you place or remove items from the platform yourself and this causes impact damage, this is not insured.
Yes, the operator of the moving elevator is an experienced mover who always helps with lifting things on and off the moving elevator. If desired, you can also book an additional mover.
