Are you an experienced driver with leadership skills? Do you have an eye for detail and make sure a move goes smoothly from A to Z? Oomen Movers is looking for a cooperating Foreman Driver (C/CE) who will manage his team on location and contribute to a high-quality moving service himself.
What will you do?
As a foreman driver, you are the hub of the moving team. You manage your colleagues, keep an overview of the process and make sure the customer feels heard and helped. You drive a modern moving van, but you are also actively involved in loading, unloading and communicating with the customer.
You are responsible for:
- Managing and supervising the moving team on site
- Contacting customers and representing Oomen Movers.
- Performing removals safely and efficiently
- Driving a moving truck (C or CE)
- Reporting details to the planning or project leader
Every day is different, and you are often on the road all over the Netherlands – and if you like it, sometimes beyond.
What do we ask?
- A valid C or CE driving license with valid code 95
- A valid digital driver’s card
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Demonstrated experience in the moving industry or similar managerial position
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team
- Good communication skills and customer orientation
- Representative, professional and stress resistant
- Able to perform physical work
- In possession of a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
