A moving lift for your business or organisation
With a moving lift, desks, cabinets, archives and equipment go in or out through the façade. The lifts and stairwells in the building stay free for your staff and visitors, and there is less carrying past walls and doors.
Oomen has 18 moving lifts of its own, from a compact assembly lift for courtyards to a truck-mounted lift that reaches the 13th floor. Every lift comes with an experienced mover who operates it and helps with loading and unloading.
Your account manager agrees with you beforehand where the lift can stand and when the work gets in your way least. You apply to the municipality for an exemption or permit for the set-up spot; on request, we arrange this as an extra service.

€ 99 for the first hour
The first hour runs from departure until return, then € 25 per quarter of an hour. Both amounts include VAT and apply to all lifts, with a mover.
Lifts and stairwells stay free
Furniture and equipment go through the façade, so staff and visitors can keep using the building.

Request a quoteYes. You can hire the lift with an operator on its own, for example to bring desks, cabinets, archives or equipment to a higher floor. It can also be part of a business relocation by Oomen; your account manager then includes it in the relocation plan.
You apply to the municipality. In a multi-tenant building or complex, you also check with the building manager. On request, we arrange the application as an extra service. Let us know the situation in advance, and we will look at which lift and set-up spot fit.
A small job, such as lifting a few pieces of furniture, can often be done the same day. For a business relocation or work over several days, plan further ahead. Our schedule runs eight weeks ahead, and there is often still room at short notice.
The first hour costs € 99, counted from departure until return; after that it is € 25 per quarter of an hour. Both amounts include VAT and apply to all types of lift, with an experienced mover as operator. Your account manager sets out the costs for your job in advance.
Yes, against damage from falling during lifting. If you place items on the platform or take them off yourselves and they get knocked, that damage is not insured.
The truck-mounted lift reaches the 13th floor. Per load, our lifts move up to 400 kg, depending on the type; the overview on this page shows what each lift can handle.
That depends on the type of lift, but a parking space or strip of about 10 metres is usually enough. Always tell us about the situation in advance, so we can plan the best position for the lift.
Light rain is not a problem. In a storm or at dangerous wind speeds, the use of the lift may be postponed or adjusted, always in consultation with you.
