A date that moves is no exception here
With new-build homes you often hear the final handover date only shortly beforehand. We deliberately plan around that: first a period, only then a day. If the handover moves, we move your moving date along with it.

Register with an indication
You do not need a final date yet. An expected month is enough for us to reserve capacity.

Survey and quote
We survey your belongings, at your home or by video call, and then send a no-obligation quote, usually the same day.

Fixing the date
As soon as the handover date is known, we fix the day. If the handover moves, we move the planning along with it.

Moving and setting up
Our movers load, drive and put everything in place. Furniture reassembled and we take the packing materials back with us.
Do you expect a gap between handing in your old key and the handover? Tell us straight away and we will reserve storage space as well. That is harder to arrange afterwards than in advance.

Your belongings wait around the corner
Your old home is handed over before Valkenhorst is ready. Instead of carrying everything twice, we load your belongings into a container at the old address, seal it in your presence and place it in our climate-controlled, computer-operated storage in Katwijk, where only the crane can reach your container. On the day of your key handover everything is at your door again, without anything having been transferred.
A few days
The container stays loaded and goes on to Valkenhorst shortly afterwards. You only pay for the shortest storage period.
A few weeks to months
Climate-controlled storage, secured to BORG 3. Dry, frost-free and only the crane can reach your container, with a unique seal number.
Only what does not fit

Road plates or a smaller truck prevent tracks in the sand and damage you would be held responsible for later.

A narrow staircase in a new home
Modern staircases are tight. Our own electric moving lifts come along as standard if the furniture cannot get past.
