Oomen Movers is looking for professional and customer-oriented moving drivers with driving license C or CE. Do you like to work in a close team, are you proud of your driving skills and do you want to help people during an important day in their lives? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?
As a driver at Oomen Movers, you are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of household goods. You are not only a driver, but also actively involved in loading, unloading and moving belongings. You supervise the moving process on location and together with your team ensure that everything runs smoothly and professionally.

You drive modern, well-maintained equipment. Our moving trucks are equipped with the latest technology to make your work as pleasant and efficient as possible.

A workday as a driver looks something like this:

  • You will start the day early at our location (Katwijk/Rotterdam/Tilburg), check your vehicle and discuss the day’s schedule with your team.
  • Together with your fellow movers, you load the truck.
  • You will drive to the customer and be the point of contact on site.
  • You will help with lifting, disassembly and packaging.
  • At the end of the day, you deliver the items safely and return to the duty station.

What do we ask?

  • A valid C or CE driving license with valid code 95
  • A valid driver’s card (digital tachograph)
  • Experience as a driver (preferably in the moving or transportation industry)
  • Good communication skills in Dutch
  • Customer service and sense of responsibility
  • No objection to physical work (you actively participate in moving)
  • A neat, presentable appearance
  • Be able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
