Oomen Movers & Storage has recently expanded its fleet with a two modern and hybrid moving liftss. This expansion stems from the strong growth of the organization and recent acquisitions that have led to an increase in moving capacity in Katwijk, Rotterdam and Tilburg.
In total, Oomen now has seven car elevators with a range of up to 34 meters, three trailer elevators and nine surface mounted elevators. This expansion makes it possible to serve customers even faster and more efficiently. The new elevators are equipped with the latest technologies and practical tools for movers, such as remote control, work lights, under-extension supports and smart storage boxes.
An important sustainability aspect is the hybrid drive of the new Hermann Paus CityFloh moving liftss. These elevators can run either on the vehicle’s EURO6 diesel engine or on a quiet 230V electric motor. Although fully electric vehicle elevators are not yet available on the market, this solution allows Oomen Movers to operate fully electric elevators on location.
Specialist erection and delivery was provided by All-up / The Removal Special Lift, with whom Oomen has had a strong partnership for many years.
This expansion underlines Oomen Movers’ ambition to remain at the forefront of sustainability, innovation and customer focus. With a fully electric car fleet, a large proportion of electric trucks and vans and now low-emission elevators, Oomen continues to invest in future-oriented and environmentally conscious moving services.
