More than a hundred workstations moved over two weekends. Moving codes per desk, archives in order and on Monday morning everyone could log in. The project manager was there in person for both phases.
Business moving without downtime
Relocating an organisation is project work. A project manager takes stock department by department, sets out the phasing in a plan of action and coordinates with the building manager, the owners' association and IT. On moving day a fixed team works under an experienced foreman, outside office hours or at the weekend if you prefer, so your operations keep running. From office, warehouse and production to care, education and government, and from IT and archives to art transport: we move it, in most cases electrically.

From a single department to an entire building
You take the whole move or just the part you cannot organise yourself. Everything is in one quote, with one project manager as your point of contact.

View this sector →From intake to handover in four phases
With a business relocation the work is in the preparation. Below is what happens in each phase and what we need from your side.
Intake and taking stock
A project manager walks through your building, takes stock department by department and determines the critical path, the lift capacity and the loading and unloading times.
Plan of action and phasing
You receive a plan of action with the phasing, moving codes per workstation and the arrangements with the building manager, the owners' association and IT. It also sets out who does what.
Execution
We move during the day, or in phases, in the evening or at the weekend if you prefer. Archives and equipment are packed separately and loaded last, so the order stays intact.
Handover and aftercare
Furniture assembled, workstations laid out to the floor plan, packing materials collected and reused. We close with a short evaluation.
What we set out before anything moves
Downtime and missing items almost always come from things nobody had written down. That is why this is in every plan of action, before the first box is packed.
Every workstation, cabinet and box gets a code that matches a spot on the new floor plan. That way nothing ends up on the wrong floor.
We book shared goods lifts and loading docks in advance with the building manager, including a fallback slot.
Archives go in and out of the cabinet in order and can be transported sealed. Our information security is ISO 27001 certified.
The same person who did the intake is on the floor on moving day. No handover halfway through the project.

A tender or a framework contract?
We supply the requested certificates, references and a project plan, and think along about phasing and SLAs. On request we report the CO₂ savings of the move.
Request a project proposalIs your type of relocation among these?
These are the relocations clients approach us for most often. Whether it fits entirely within our scope or we bring in a specialist, we determine at the intake. We say so up front, not halfway through.
Reviews from business customers
Offices, care institutions, schools and government bodies, relocated from our branches in Katwijk, Rotterdam and Tilburg.
Our location could not close, so the move was done department by department while care continued. Calm people, careful with residents' rooms and aids.
Two school buildings relocated during the summer holidays. The planning was met, classrooms were laid out and the surplus furniture was taken away for reuse.
