Do you have an eye for detail and make sure a <a href=\"\/particulier\/\">move<\/a> goes smoothly from A to Z? <strong>Oomen Movers<\/strong> is looking for a cooperating <strong>Foreman Driver (C\/CE)<\/strong> who will manage his team on location and contribute to a high-quality moving service himself. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What will you do?<br\/><\/strong>As a <strong>foreman driver<\/strong>, you are the hub of the moving team. You manage your colleagues, keep an overview of the process and make sure the customer feels heard and helped. You drive a modern moving van, but you are also actively involved in loading, unloading and communicating with the customer.  <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>You are responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing and supervising the moving team on site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/oomen.com\/over-ons\/\">Contacting<\/a> customers and representing Oomen Movers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing removals safely and efficiently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving a moving truck (C or CE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting details to the planning or project leader<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Every day is different, and you are often on the road all over the Netherlands &#8211; and if you like it, sometimes beyond.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What do we ask?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A valid <strong>C or CE driving license<\/strong> with valid <strong>code 95<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid digital driver&#8217;s card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good command of the Dutch language<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience in the moving industry or similar managerial position<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills and customer orientation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representative, professional and stress resistant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to perform physical work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In possession of a <strong>Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A challenging position with a lot of responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>gross monthly salary of \u20ac3,294 to \u20ac3,830<\/strong>, depending on experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reimbursement of up to <strong>\u20ac50 per month<\/strong> for your sports subscription<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>7-month<\/strong> temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with the latest and greatest equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allowances, travel expenses and tips<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advancement opportunities within a fast-growing and modern company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training and development opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A close-knit team and an informal, no-nonsense work atmosphere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friday afternoon drinks and team outings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Employment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full-time, Permanent job<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you an experienced driver with leadership skills?
